TYPES OF FUNDRAISERS WE OFFER

1.) Virtual Referral Program ( Virtual Fundraiser)

Simply Scents Candle Company LLC Dba Dollars To Scents Fundraisers owns and distributes products, and commits to giving a client a referral fee at its generosity. Decisions are not made by organization or fundraise. All sales belong to Simply Scents Candle Co. and upon completion of any documents that Simply Scents Candle Co. sees necessary as seen in section (Referral Fee).

2.) Brochure Fundraiser (Organization takes on responsibility of selling the product).
Organization will use a catalog or order form. Organization will collect funds and
purchase the products from the catalog.

REFERRAL VIRTUAL FUNDRAISER POLICIES

Simply Scents Candle Company LLC Dba Dollars To Scents Fundraisers owns and distributes products, and commits to giving a client a referral fee at its generosity. Decisions are not made by organization or fundraise. All sales belong to Simply Scents Candle Co. Group LLC Dba Dollars To Scents Fundraisers And upon completion of any documents that Simply Scents Candle Co. sees necessary as seen in section ( Closeout ).

Section 1: Prizes
1.) Prize Distribution
Prizes that are sponsored by Simply Scents Candle Company LLC Dba Dollars To Scents Fundraisers are distributed by Simply Scents Candle Co. Group LLC to the intended prize owner. (No exceptions)

2.) Prizes (Cash app, Zelle, Gift Cards)

Distributed from Simply Scents Candle Co. Group LLC to the winner.

3.) Simply Scents Prizes

Distributed direct from Simply Scents Candle Co. Group LLC to organization. 50 percent of scents credit is added in your closeout check and is accounted for on your meter.

Section 2: Payout Procedures
4.) Payout Procedures
All funds are collected by Simply Scents Candle Co. Group LLC on behalf of Dollars Scents. All funds belong to Simply Scents Candle Co. Group LLC until payed to the beneficiary, 2nd beneficiary, or assigned beneficiary. Must complete all forms Simply Scents Candle Co. sees necessary see section Closeout.

Section 3: Referral Fee
5.) Referral Fee Percentage : 50% product profit

6.) Referral Fees Paid

Referral fees on profit sales or donations made on behalf of the payee (individual or organization) to Simply Scents Candle Co. Group LLC. Payment of disbursed funds (referral fee and donations) will be collected by the beneficiary. All beneficiary must provide a W9, and at discretion a Donation Receipt in order to receive funds.

7.) Referral Fee / Percentage Payment

An advance percentage payment of profit sales and donations (however the consumer has up to 30 days to cancel or dispute that transaction that could affect your check)

8.) Referral Fee, Percentage, and Donations

Payment of referral fees and donations happen within 1-2 weeks , unless an extreme circumstance is to occur.

Examples of Extreme Circumstances :

Acts of God
Holidays
Inconclusive Accounting : Supporters will make the mistake of supporting the
wrong person on the roster . Supporters typically notify beneficiaries and this error
is then fixed Simply Scents Candle Co. Group LLC. In the event that constant errors cause a malfunction or breakdown in site Simply Scents Candle Co. Group LLC must withhold funds until all error is corrected . This ensures neither Simply Scents Candle Co. Group LLC and individuals/ organization are at a loss.
Non Compliance- Non compliance constitutes an automatic forfeit of fundraiser
percentage net profit.

9.) Credit Card Transaction

All profit sales and donations are collected via online credit card site. This credit card site is owned and operated by Simply Scents Candle Co. Group LLC.

Section 4: Forfeit
10.) Social Media Defamation
Unwilling cooperation with terms of compliance and take their unhappiness to social media contributing to disdain for the business will automatically forfeit their benefit if commissioned.

11.) Refusal to Comply

Results in a referral fee forfeit

12.) Referral Fee/ Percentage Forfeit

Fees are rendered to the 2nd beneficiary, assigned beneficiary or returned to the supporter (at Simply Scents Candle Co. Group LLC discretion)

Section 5: Closeout Procedures
13.) Chargeback
Merchant recaptures funds from Simply Scents Candle Co. Group LLC to return to the consumer based on consumer dispute.

14.) Beneficiary Chargeback Responsibility

Beneficiary agrees to responsibility for up to 30 days of chargeback dispute on credit card transactions. This is due to the fact that the beneficiary has received an advance payment.

15.) W9

Completion of a W9 and any documents that Simply Scents Candle Co. sees necessary as seen.

16.) Payment Withholding

In the event that Simply Scents Candle Co. Group LLC may have to withhold payments it may take up to 90 days to issue funds. Payments may be held for but not limited to the following reasons:

Payout Inaccuracy :

At payout, if accounting is off, we must immediately issue an investigation resulting in a hold. An investigation can take up to 90 days for review. This is to prevent Simply Scents Candle Co. Group LLC or beneficiary from losing.

Disputed Charges :

A transaction disputed prior to check being released will result in check being placed on immediate hold . The organization/ individual will be notified of the hold.

Shipping Hold :

In order for payout to be dispersed, all select shipping profit sales must have shipped. Local pickup timeframe is determined by the supporter.

Prize Settlement:

Prior to payout, prizes must be rendered or in the case of a party, arrangements
must be secured between Simply Scents Candle Co. Group LLC and the benefactors.

Checks Lost in Mail :

Checks are processed through mail . The mail is out of Simply Scents Candle Co. Group LLCs control. We allow up to 7 days from date of check dispersal to allow check lost
complaints.

Replacement Check :

In the event that client is in need of a replacement check. First thing done is a stop payment, this may take up to 48hrs . Once a stop payment is issued , check will be placed in the next pay shipments. Pay outs are disbursed on Saturdays.

Refunds

Customers must contact Simply Scents Candle Co. Group LLC within 24 hrs of receiving the goods/products. The only qualifying reasons for refunds (store credit) are if the product is wrong, and if the product is broken. NON-Qualifying reasons, client orders wrong fragrance, wrong quantity. Clients may email info@SimplyScentsByShan.com or may walk into any location.

Simply Scents Candle Co. Group LLC Right of Refusal

Rights

A. We reserve the right to refuse business with any beneficiary in the event we feel ethically, financially compromised, or beneficiary refuses to fulfill instructions by Simply Scents Candle Co. Group LLC for closeout.
Ex but not limited to: A beneficiary that influences their supporters to dispute their transactions.

-This will automatically give Simply Scents Candle Co. Group LLC the right to refund supporters all referral fees, net profit percentage and donations excluding popcorn sales.

B. An organization presents that funds are to be utilized for roster . However, organization requests funds for personal or business use excluding use for roster.
-Simply Scents Candle Co. Group LLC reserves the right to reject the completion of fundraiser with said organization.

C. An organization indicates it may not be financially sound.

D. Assigned Beneficiaries :
In the event that Simply Scents Candle Co. Group LLC declines to do business with an organization or individual that violates rules under section, Simply Scents Candle Co. Group LLC Right of Refusal, We reserve the rights to choose means of fund dispersal to assigned beneficiaries or refunds will be issued for referral fees.

E. Assigned beneficiary is designated by Simply Scents Candle Co. Group LLC.
Refusal to complete all forms not limited to responsibility form acceptance, automatically

results in a referral fee refunded back to customers or assigned to a payee/beneficiary. Simply Scents Candle Co. Group LLC reserves the right to refuse business or end business relationships based on policy /procedures

Chain of Custody

Supervised Payout:

Payout is assigned to assigned beneficiaries not limited to a beneficiary in lieu of violation , potential harm by initial beneficiary , bodily entry or death . Initial beneficiary: persons, individual, organization initiating fundraiser.

Chain of custody:

Payment protection and travel to assigned beneficiaries in lieu initial beneficiary

Chain of Custody Enforcement:

Simply Scents Candle Company LLC Dba Dollars To Scents Fundraisers enacts the right to decide payment in lieu of initial beneficiary and form of payment.

Addendum
Disputed Charges/ Hold:
It is our policy that each dispute is handled differently, there is no one size fits all answer. Sometimes a dispute could be the fault of Pop n Profits, or the fault of the consumer. In any case once Simply Scents Candle Co. Group LLC/ Pop n Profits, becomes aware of a dispute, an investigation is immediately started.

A. During the investigation if the dispute is found to be at our fault the check process resumes immediately.

B. Dispute:
Consumer Fault- Investigation results show dispute is fault of the consumer-It is the fundraiser organizations responsibility to repay the losses incurred by Simply Scents Candle Co. Group LLCdba Pop n Profits. Charges include but are not limited to the cost of product transaction, delivery packaging, shipping cost, plus a $35 dispute fee. These charges are deducted from organizations check and a responsibility waiver and acceptance fault of future chargebacks must be signed by organization or individual fundraising. Check is released without hold.

C. Dispute:
Consumer Fault, Special Circumstances- Fraud complaint is very serious to us because it is a term that affects our cost of doing business. It will directly affect your organization and a hold will immediately be placed on check until consumer removes it.
